I get a lot of pleasure from my work. I love to help a child, observe him. I am really impressed when I see how diligently they do something. I like Montessori approach because you don’t need to press a child by your authority, you help him to make his own free choice. I believe it is very important. Each day it becomes more and more clear for me – I will not be able to work according traditional system anymore.
Moreover I appreciate the relationships that comes up here, between teachers, kids and parents, it is like a big family.
