4. Installation of a ventilation system (120 000 euro)
5. Roof repair (145 750 euro)
6. Repair of attic areas (12 370 euro)
7. Basement Repair (12 370 euro)
8. Fencing the outdoor playground and installing play equipment (18 957 euro) 
9. Building a ramp (20 753 euro)
10. Repair of  the classrooms  (125 000 euro)
11. Facade repair (48 000 euro)

1. Equipment of rooms for specialists: speech therapist, psychologist, physiotherapist, massage therapist; sensory room and other special rooms. 
2. Purchase of equipment for early diagnosis of the child.
3. Purchase of equipment for rehabilitation of elderly people after a stroke.

1. Payment of specialists in working with children with special needs (30 000 euro per year)

4. Financing  of translation and typography of the books of Dr. Maria Montessori in estonian language. (16 000 euro per year)
5. Financing of exchange programs of  Montessori specialists with other partners abroad. (2500 euro per year)
